Adsense Deluxe
This might be the best WP plugin for google Adsense but also for all other ads you want to place on your Blog. You have the possibility to choose where you want to put your ads and i can recommend this plugin!
Google Sitemap generator
This is a very usefull plugin, especially when you often change the structure of your blog. Its integrated into WP and in menu its very easy to create a sitemap. Let google know about your new structure and content.
